1. Our artists are not overworked, then the deliver will be as soon as possible.
2. Pay a charge of $ 200 extra to the total value of the portrait for your order to precede the list of orders .
We will make the sketch, you will proceed to make the minimum
deposit of 50% or pay in cash if you reside
in Prague, Czech Republic.
Delivery is 15 working
days from final agreement of the sketch.
The delivery in person, if you live in Prague.
Otherwise it will be by
courier (shipping charges are
not included in
the cost of the work).

- I would like to see a proof before making my portrait.
- When will I receive my sketch?
You will recieve the sketch of your portrait in the email
address you provided, within
48 hours after validation of your order.
- What are the payment methods?
There
are two ways to pay for your order.
1. On effective if you reside in the city of Prague.
2. By bank transfer, once you have made payment, send us a copy of your receipt and proceed to do our job.
To carry out any orders will require a 50% deposit of the total value.
Under no circumstances will make orders that haven't been paid.

How I will send the picture that I want to be used?
1.The pictures will
sent it to the email
address quipop@gmail.com, remember that the photographs should be at a minimum
resolution of 300kb to 350kb as the initial quality of the photo, is the minimum requirement of a satisfactory result .
2. It is not necessary to send a photo of portrait because we do any job cuts, focus on the photo.

- Wich colors I can use for my portrait?
We have numerous colors that we will attach for you to choose what you want, remember that at
the colors of final
delivery may vary slightly.
Remember to specify the code number (is below each color for the background and face) of your portrait.

- Can I ask for modifications in the design?
Yes, you can up to 3 changes from the same
photos without extra charge, from more than 3 changes in the
same photograph is a fee of
$ 50 Kč for
extra change.
If you want to change picture there is adittional $ 200 Kč on the total price of the work,
for an individual portrait and $100 Kč per additional person in the redesign.
- Can I get myportrait faster than the proposed timeline?
The portraits are delivered
within 12 working days from delivery payment and
final settlement of the design.
